Interior features: It's modern, and it's simple. The money clearly went into the appliances and TV. But you don't care, you won't be here much anyways, with all the local fare to take part in.
Exterior features: The home is an ultra-modern Pacific Northwest new build and is square from every angle. The front stoop is covered but the observation deck and the terrace are not. You don't mind though, as far as community goes you can't do better than Moonwood Mill.
