I'm very happy with how it turned out, there are loads of market stalls, food stalls, a bar, cafe, ice rink, play area for the kids and Santa's special meet 'n greet area. LOTS to do! You can use this lot in multiple ways, I set it as a park, then hired all the vendors and that worked well. You can also set it as a cafe, bar or retail. Now I have not play tested for retail as there are so many items, but if you go this route, I'd suggest picking 2 or 3 stalls close to each other and see if you can choose a few items that sims can reach and place them on sale. That way you might be able to stay ahead and not have irate shoppers LOL
