The apartments are furnished only with the basics that you would find in an apartment such as bathrooms, kitchen, and shared amenities (in this case a playground, a pool, a grilling area, and a gym). The apartments are move in ready, just bring your furniture! Enjoy!
Though I did use other DLC, most of the apartment furnishings are basegame.
