Sylvan Glade is a secret lot in Willow Creek on which you can enter through the magical Sylvan tree located in Foundry Cove. More about Sylvan Glade: https://ultimatesimsguides.com/sims-4...
To be able to build there you will have to turn on cheats. Press Control + Shift + C to open or close the console. Type in "testingcheats true" into the dialogue box then hit enter. Then type in bb.enablefreebuild and hit enter. Lots that were previously locked will now be editable so now you'll be able to build in Sylvan Glade. ♡

If you want to change my original walls or wallpapers, for everything to stay in place you need to install the Better BuildBuy mod from the Twisted Mexi (Better buildbuy organized debug) and turn on deletion protection as an option in BBB's filter panel. Please turn it on while necessary and turn it back off immediately after.
