[kta] Xmas Cottage

Here it is: my 1st official building!

Its a cozy mountain cottage that combines both, modern and classic style. Created with the idea that your Sims can enjoy their Xmas in family surrounded by snow but with the comfort that a warm house provides.

The lot is a 40x30 size.

It has 2 floors.

On the ground floor u can find:

• 2 decks (front and back)

• Hall. Very spacious and bright. It acts as a distributor. Access to the 2 deks as well as the rest of the rooms and we also find the stairs that give access to the 1st floor.

• Huge open space that contains the main living room, the dining room and the kitchen.

• A 2nd living room to watch TV.

• An office.

• A toilette.

On the 1st floor u can find:

• 4 bedrooms. 1 with two beds. 1 in suite.

• 3 bathrooms.

The house is full furnished. But CC is not included for respect to their creators. U can find the CC list with all the direct links to download the items i used to decorate it in my website (ktasims.com). Up since Tuesday 19th. Or, if u think that list is too much, u can just download the blueprints and decorate it yourself.
