Overview: The Mid-Century-Miami multi-unit building is splayed across three stories plus an underground parking garage suitable for up to 8 plus cycles. At front, you'll find the security desk, utility closet, common gym/laundry areas, and the mailboxes. Following inwards brings you to the building superintendent's residence, a 1 bedroom apartment that is fully move-in ready and furnished. The building has an elevator to nowhere, and a central stairwell. Around back, a generously sized pool deck and sun lounger area. First and second floors are tenant spaces, build-to-suit. Color-coded for maximum handiness. Each unit varies in size, some are sized for efficiency, some are sized for 1-2 bedrooms. Each has plenty of natural light, and some offer private corner wrap-around balconies.
ETC: I built this some time ago during my "Use ALL the packs" era, and as such this building is largely already ready to move into. I decided to leave the tenant units unpopulated because I knew, I KNEW that EA was doing something. There was no way Simsie would build an apartment building and broadcast it to the world for no clear reason. I knew something was afoot - and I tried my own hand at it. I'm thankful I did, now that I know For Rent is coming. So, enjoy this older semi-shell/semi-build, an ode to the faded glory luxury condos of Miami Beach.
