This lot is best placed in Brindleton Bay in place of the Chateau Frise lot where The Delgato family lives.

The Delgato family in Brindleton Bay are ready to sell their beloved #MCM home to start a new adventure. Their home is not lacking in things for a family to do together or alone. There are 3 bedrooms which consist of 1 toddler room, 1 kids room and a master suite (master suite has a functional shrunken fireplace), There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on the main floor and 1 upstairs in the master suite with and attached walk in closet. There is 1 office, an indoor and outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining and a "formal" dining room, living room with a torch light visual fireplace (Sims cannot interact with it), laundry water features and more. This home features a wide variety of #Peacemaker_ic #CC (you may as well have his entire cc library) + official Sims packs. Plays walls up, walls down and cutaway. play tested, Placement mods and in game cheats were used such as T.O.O.L. mod by Twistedmexi and In game cheats that were used were moveobjects on and alt.
