Hello! I built this modern horse ranch for your sims, it's perfect for a family of 2 parents and two teens.
It has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It also has a basement where you'll find a nectar making machine! In the back of the house there's a barn with two horse stables as well as a fenced area where they can play around.
It was built on a 40x30 lot in the brand new world of Chestnut Ridge.
It has NO CC.
