The house has a master with double bed and a single bedroom for a kid. It's in a rather chabby chic style in pink and a bit blue.
Outdoor has a pool with a little lake corner for your toddlers and a BBQ from the Horse pack with a decking for dining. Ample room outside for your plants or maybe even a greenhouse. That's what my sim had during testing. The toddler pool has been tested with an adult, but I had to find the right spot for her to walk.
Main floor:
Combined dining and livingroom, and a kitchen in the other end. In the middle a bathroom and 2 hallways on each side of the entrance.
The livingroom has a 2 floor high atrium with a glass ceiling. The upstairs playroom also has a glass ceiling.
Upper floor:
Masterbedroom in the same style as the house. Ensuite bathroom.
Kids room with bunkbed and desk under. Good size on this room for another kiddo if you like.
Playroom in the middle.
Peacemaker:
Arcadia Buildset is windows and doors used. If you ditch this set you have to find your own windows and doors.

Matilda Mudroom is used in the hallways to hang clothes on. You can skip these, but then the game will most likely replace them with something hidious :)
