Floorplan - bedrooms: 2, plus an additional bonus room.
- common areas: The home is a single level ranch-style home, with a large open common room doing service as the kitchen/living room/dinette. Out back, you'll find a small fenced deck with a gardening area, and a large area for recreation. You'll find full laundry service in the main hallway, next to the central bathroom.

Interior features: The home seems to be torn between the 20th and 21st centuries, with some parts speaking to a mid-century charm, while others are bleeding edge modern. Throughout you'll find gray hardwoods and complimenting tiles, brick, and paint.

Exterior features: The home is a single level ranch, and it knows it. With a soft gable roof trimmed in white, and the distressed gray brick/brown wood shingle siding combo serving as the skin, this home is a PNW long-timer who probably raised more than a few families over the years. Could do with a renovation, maybe in the next decade.

Three SimPrime favorite things about this home:
- Being sized and priced right is important for a growing family - and it's $30,000 cheaper if you skip the car and get a bicycle instead ;)
- Sure, it's a dated design and dated look, but among a sea of bland square condos, this offers a reassuring charm
- With plenty of property, this could be a prime place to raise some eco-friendly children and do some growing, together
