Bidonjour !
I'm presenting my build : Small gothik house ! \o/ I've kept to the same theme as Callista by imagining a place where she might like to live. It's a small house that would suit a single person or even a university student ;-)
To start with, here's the information about this building :
- It's a residential house with no specific features (I don't include any unless there's an exception, to leave everyone free to choose).
- It is worth S. 33,739 and sits on a 20x15 plot ( although it is smaller, you can adapt the plot as you see fit ;-) )
- To build it, I used the High School Years, Cottage Living, Eco Lifestyle, Island Living, Seasons, Get Together and Laundry Day Stuff packs.

Je vous présente ma construction : Small gothik house ! \o/ je suis restée dans le même thème que pour Callista en imaginant un endroit où elle pourrait aimer vivre. C'est une petite maison qui convient bien à un célibataire ou même un étudiant en fac ;-)
Pour commencer, voici les infos concernant cette construction :
- C'est une maison résidentielle sans caractéristiques précises ( je n'en mets pas sauf exception pour laisser libre choix à chacun )
- Elle est d'une valeur de 33 739 S. et se situe sur un terrain de 20x15 ( bien qu'elle soit plus petite, vous pouvez accommoder le terrain comme bon vous semble ;-) )
- Pour la construire, j'ai utilisé les pack Année lycée, Vie à la campagne, Ecologie, Iles paradisiaques, Saisons, Vivre ensemble et Jour de lessive.
