Find the portal in Willowcreek, Founder's cove: there is a magical tree by the water that needs to be viewed, watered and complimented. Enter the portal once open and proceed to the Sylvan Glade. bb.enablefreebuild will allow you to build in the secret world (base game) called the Sylvan Glade.
