Familyhouse: The biggest house has 5 bedrooms with a kitchen, and a nursery, it has it's own bbq, toddlerpool, pool, laundry, playtable, toybox, dollhouse, nesting blocks, changingstation, chamberpot, garden. Space for hobbies in each bedroom.
Unit value: 56k, 310 tiles.
Artiststudio: 1 big room with a single bed in a corner, kitchen and bathroom. Easel and outdoor garden space.
Unit value: 12k, 60 tiles.
1 Double bedroom unit with brown traditional deco. Outdoor space on a corner. Kitchen and diner open plan.
Unit value: 18k, 117 tiles.
1 Double bedroom unit in light wood and pastel colors. Outdoor space and a pool. Open plan kitchen and dining.
Unit value: 15k, 145 tiles.
1 Tiny 3x3 tiles bedroom with a single bed. It's above the pub so perhaps the owner? Has no kitchen of it's own, but a bathroom.
Unit value: 4770, 15 tiles.
Shared Space:
2 stables with a big ball and horsebarrels, prairie grass.
Garden: harvestable pots, monkeybars, laundry, bbq, hotspring, fireplace, vendingmachines, bicycles, waterheater, electrical fuse box, clothesline, seating inside and out.
Bar: bar, dart, fireplace, tinyliving wall TV, upstairs piano and mic, big terrace.
Experience with playtesting suggest you might want to have a maid or butler collecting plates and fix laundry. Maybe you would like to ditch laundry all together. My sims went all over the shared space to collect dirty laundry and put it into the machines in the shared space instead of at home. Maybe if the owner is someone else you will have a different experience. My sim was both the owner and lived in the biggest house.
