Lovely big house with a lot of outdoor activities and fun to have. This home is ideal for sims who want to share a space to cut the costs of daily living. I played this house with single parents' sims. It worked fantastic. Lots of fun and relaxation to be had by young and old on this lot. I do hope you enjoy playing in this lot.

Instructions to install lots and rooms into your game.
1. Unzip the Zip file
2. Make sure your game is not launched
3. Open Electronic Arts in your Documents folder
4. Open The Sims 4 in your Electronic Arts folder
5. Search for the Tray folder
6. Place the unzipped files into the Tray folder
7. Launch your game open your library and search the downloaded lot
8. Place the lot in your game
