This house is perfect for a single sim or a couple :)
A small and cosy home, the style is very colorful, looks amazing if you use vibrant shader presets. (I used October by Cloudcat which makes the colors fade.)
Not a lot of activities on this lot, but hey, don't say you do more on an average day than cooking, watching TV and sleeping. Your sims can do all of these thing in this home too!
They can grill outside and plant some stuff in the back, there's also a kiddie pool to lounge on a hot day.
This home costs 48.717 simoleons and was built on a 20x15 lot.
