Sequoia Park Apartments
Ultra luxurious apartment building. Houses 10 unique apartments, from townhouses with a garden to large penthouses. All apartments are fully furnished (4* rating) in 5 different styles, yet not overly cluttered so it's easy to add your Sims personality. Each apartment comes with a private storage space on basement level -2. On the ground level are 3 commercial spaces situated.
This building comes with lots of shared amenities including a restaurant, bar, pool/gym/spa, private dining room, child/daycare, games room and cinema. All shared spaces are decorated in a dark Metropolitan Luxury style.
Fully furnished, CC build (see list below). The building's exterior doesn't contain CC.
Due to the buildings architecture, it's easy (with minor renovations) to either combine or split apartments to your preferences. All 2 story penthouses come with a secundairy entrance.

Commercial units
- Unit A : Dressed as a luxury car shop. Comes with an office and staff space (breakroom + half bathroom).
- Unit B : Dressed as a currently empty shop (is functional by using the placed selling table). Comes with a storage room and staff space.
- Unit C : Dressed as a Japanese restaurant (by using the Home Chef Hustle selling table). Comes with it's own basement housing a public toilet, storage room and staff space.

Notes
- Lot type : residential rental. Could also be used for many community purposes. For the following lot types all requierements have been met : lounge, bar, pool, night club, restaurant, gym and park. Please make sure to change the lot type to Residential Rental first before placing!
- Lot size : 64x64, designed for the Celebration Center (Recreation Center) lot in San Sequioa. Looks also good on the Dresden House lot in Windenburg.
- Lot Value : +/- 3.6M.
- Packs used : all EP's, GP's and most Stuff Packs and kits.
- Due to an EA bug, the unit descriptions are reset to the original lot name and the unit bed/bathroom counts are reset to zero.
- On a rare occassion, the penthouse units might get mixed up after placing, the only way to fix this is to re-assign the rooms to the proper units. This is an EA bug unfortunately.
- As for CC, all CC used are free/out of early access.
- Please have the cheat "bb.moveobjects on" enabled before placing this lot.
