I've created a save file that includes a variety of lots, some with sims and developed skills, and others empty and ready for new packs. One of the community lots features flats, a shopping area, laundry, gym, coffee shop, and internet cafe. To make things easier, I highly recommend using LittleMsSams Auto employees for this lot.
