Here are all 16 households generated when you look for Tenants in For Rent ready for you to place in your game! Just place them in your game and they'll be available to be rented out to. Or don't! I don't care what you do with them. This is purely to see what they all look like.
If you put them in your game and let the game generate them on their own it's likely it'll spawn a clone. Mine have household names based on data found in Sims4Studio which gives you a clue on what their stories all are. I enjoy them as I really like the various celerity spoofs in the Sims series. Kinda wish they were marked as celebrities, but what can you do? Once you go past all these households the game just generates Townies. Boo! Here are all the households:
