This mod causes the fish pond to be drawn over any grass placed under it. (Doesn't handle placement at all - you will need another mod that lets you place grass under things.)
After DecidedlyHuman made the excellent mod Smart Building, I decided I wanted to place grass just about everywhere. It looks good under most buildings, but for some reason the fish ponds are drawn under any grass. This mod changes that.
(The farmhouse and cabins are also drawn under, but those are more difficult to alter because there's porches you stand on.)
Install
- Install the latest version of SMAPI.
- Download and install AtraCore.
- Download this mod and unzip it into Stardew Valley/Mods.
- Run the game using SMAPI.
Uninstall
- Simply delete from your Mods directory
Compatibility
- Works with Stardew Valley 1.5.6 on Linux/macOS/Windows.
- Works in single player, multiplayer, and split-screen mode. Should be fine if installed for one player only.
- Should be compatible with most other mods. Does not, however, affect the layer depth fish wells draw at. Those will still probably be under grass.
