This fixes that, showing partially gained friendship hearts in the Social Page UI.
It also adds partial hearts to CJB Cheats Menu if that mod is installed.
By default, hearts are 7 pixels wide, scaled up 4x, so you get seven increments per heart (~36 friendship points per pixel). There is an option in the config (Granular) to use a scaled up heart texture (28 pixels wide, no scaling), so you have 28 increments per heart (~9 friendship points per pixel).

Requires SMAPI, uses Harmony.
Implements a Generic Mod Config Menu interface to change config settings in-game.
Compatible with Mod Updater for automatic updates.
