The Centre of Terraria City and the starting point of new players. The architect who designed these landmark towers, said they were inspired by Gemini Mont, which is visable on a good day, from the top of the west tower.

While living in suburbia and doing day jobs, a group of cultists, who in secret and behind closed doors, still devote much of their lifes to worshipping the old Gods.
Temple
An ancient ruin from where a Great Warlord situated their palace and capital city. This warlord was said to be able to rain down fire from the skies, and turn entire jungle into flesh and corruption.
Happy Hamlet
Looks cosy, why not stay the night. This settlement dates back from 900 years ago. Though the oldest surviving house is only 400 years old.
Ice Tower
This castle was make entirely from ice. Though it's situated in the harsh boreal biome of Gemini Mont, it's interior is rather warm.
Neon Lights
There has been a human settlement here for over 1,200 years. Situated on the east side of Gemini Mont, this city grew rapidly when the Akkan Empire defeated the Federation as fleeing people sought refuge on the other side of the great mountains.
Island
Life can thrive in the clouds. Islands are common in Terraria Nation and have played a major role in shaping Terrarian civilisation. They served as projection, retreats and navigational points for those in ancient times.

Historians say this statue depicts the ancient warlord that ruled this region. Conspiracies and folklore believe it was an Alien or being from the heavens with advanced technology or magic.

This ancient tomb was said to be from where mighty Pharaohs would turn into a bird and clime to the top, while carrying a lantern in their beak. They would then rise into the night sky and become a star.

Culture Vulture
Terraria City's much loved, National Museum. Art and Archaeology all under one roof. There is a famous exhibitions on the Great Pharaohs. A must see.
Castle Island
Witches' retreat. Castles like these were more common in ages gone by. They served a military structures to project those inside. Some were built on floating islands, for added protection from the monsters of the night.
Voodoo Village
An old tribe of Terrarians that keep the tradtions of jungle life alive. Their culture spans over 6,000 years, long before the great planetary changes, that caused the jungle of Terraria to decline at a massive rate.

Im going deeper underground. The vast majority of Terraria Nation's sub-terrain is untouched and natural.
