Not really a mod it just makes a docket chat window stay at the bottom of your screen, even after relogg/restart. Made it for myself and saw that other people wanted it.
Will see in the future if i can make the chat default at bottom as well.
Extract content of zip to ...\The Secret World\Data\Gui\Customized
