The NY Buckle used to have a bug that could remove protection from the wearer if the stacks increased past 10. This mod used to cancel the stacks three seconds before that happened to avoid the bug. The bug was fixed 5/5-2015, and this mod is no longer needed to safely use the NY Buckle.
