Adds Keybinds to decor placement, rotation, scale.
Type /dk to start, you must be at a housing plot for the key bind events to fire.
Use the Axis Toggle key binds to set the Axis( X ,Y , Z ) to transform on.
Use the Mode Toggle key binds to set the Transform mode (Translation, Rotation, Scale)
Use the Positive Move and Negative Move keybinds to transform the selected decor item along the selected Axis in the selected Mode
Sliders/text boxes Control the magnitude of the transform(Movement/Scale, and Rotation)
default Buttons are mapped to the Num pad. you need to have num lock on.
There is a bug with the X Axis Rotation, you cant go all the way around just by holding Pos or Neg Move. Once it hits 0/180 degrees you have to switch to the other direction to get it to go around. will fix soon.
