This is a successor to Settler Scroll, and a replacement for that addon.
It's been rewritten to also handle the Path quest list, and be easily added to for any others that may come up.
Basically, this addon will allow you to use the mousewheel in scroll windows that don't currently support it.
Currently fixes:
- Settler Build Map window
- Path Quest List window
Please make a note in the comments below if you find a scrolling window in game that doesn't respond to mousewheel, and I'll try to add it in.
