Simple addon to hide the button for the Interface Menu.
- Adds a pin button to show the Interface Menu
- Commands: /interfacemenu and /im (Open interface menu)
*** It do not replace the official Carbine addon, can be moved/scaled with Movable Frames (by elidion)
