Use /lfg to bring up the LFG Board.
LFG Board is an alternative to the in-game groupfinder for finding groups. It allows the creation of group listings that are shared with other users of the add on. Users may sign up for groups with their role and any additional notes they wish to add. Clicking on names will bring up an invite menu for easily creating the group when enough people have been found.
Additionally, it listens to all chat and creates a list of all messages (and the creators) that contain keywords indicating someone is looking for a group. Current keywords supported are
- lfg, lfm, lf
- lf1m, lf2m, lf3m, lf4m
- looking for
- need tank, need healer, need dps
- healer needed, tank needed, dps needed
If a message containing this text is said in any chat the user is monitoring, an item will be added to the list, brought up in the UI by typing /lfg. Users may remove items from the board by click the [x] button. Note: this only works for listings created by scanning from chat to remove false positives. Listings created by other users in LFG Board may not be removed.
Repeated messages from the same character will simply overwrite the existing message, so your board won't be spammed. Messages will be restored account wide when reloading; however, messages older than 10 minutes will removed. Messages from users who have created listings within LFG Board will not trigger a scanned message to be created.
