Addon tracks Quick Response AMP Internal Cooldown for Espers. It helps with planning if it's worth delaying Finisher cast, just before Quick Response available again, to reduce important cooldowns just after the cast (T4/T8 Locus of Power for example). To move tracking icon: hold CTRL and drag it.
