Shows how much you will have to pay for 'Repair All Items'. Adds a menubar button that has a hover tooltip for the cost, and if you have a vendor window open, clicking the button will repair all your items.
Caveats: Any item in your Costumes with a repair cost will show up, but will not get repaired. This is a Carbine problem.
I will look into coloring/stylizing the repair cost.
