Ended up getting annoyed by the Holo-crypt voice one too many times. I found no automatic solution so I modified my own basing it off Sound Mute Toggle added a few timers and health check and we are good to go. Mutes the voice volume on death and restores it in 10 seconds after you rez.
It's just based on health so if you die and another player resurrects you it will still kill the voice volume for that time.
