Simple addon to remove the background art from the Spellslinger's resource bar and tweak it's behavior.
- Surge Active always turn the Nodes and Focus Bar orange. Entering/leaving combat no longer alter the resource bar.
- Recharging nodes always turn red.
*** It do not replace the official Carbine addon, can be moved/scaled with Movable Frames (by elidion)
