Finally I put my hands on the German Premium Skorpian.
I hope you like my version of the skin in a laser blue look and the latest file is in red.
Choose which colour you like before downloading
Unzip as usual into res_mod/0.9.21.x.x. /vehicles/german/
There are two sub folder:
-G114_Rheinmetall_Skorpian
-G114_Skorpian
keep em both for the AO and GMM files.
