I don't know how Blizzard created them, but is it possible to adjust these two banks separately? For example: My bank has 7 slots per column, because otherwise it's sprawled across the entire screen (I can't find a maximum bag width option). But that means my reagent bank is ridiculously high and narrow, because there is only one section with no break.
