Not sure if this is an AdiBags problem or LibPeriodicTable. Lil' Bling does not appear to be returning a correct itemId. BulkMail2 exposed the issue for me an when I added some debugging statements to "print ("ItemId"..itemId)", I could see that itemId was nil. Maybe your more experienced LUA developers can decipher the stack trace and determine where the bug lies.
