config panel not opening

v1.9.17-classic doesn't open config panel anymore.

Can I provide any information?
Can I reset anything?

Make sure you haven't disabled AdiBags_Config.

Noooo I didn't disabled it! 🗡
Somehow stupidly I managed to delete that folder -.-

Issue solved :)
