After creating filters with Chinese names, filters in "manual filter"->"..." can't display completely.

It's seems a problem from sorting.

For example:
If there're "分类一" and "分类二" -- "分类一" dose't show.
If there're "a", "a分类" and "b" -- "a" dosen't show.
If there're only "分类1" and "分类2" -- no bug.
