Adibags config disabled error

I can't configure adibags in the latest update. I get an error message

Adibags: Couldn't load Adibags_Config: Disabled

AdiBags is composed of two separate addons—AdiBags & AdiBags Configuration. You have the latter disabled.

Enable it within the addon list at the character selection screen or from the options menu in-game (hit the Esc button and click AddOns).
