I just cloned down the master branch of this repo (as a submodule) because I want to start managing my addons via Git, but it seems like the libs folder is not tracking the dependencies of this addon?

Is this a known issue, or am I missing a tooling step in order to pull in the required libs?

Never mind. I found the release script and am adapting it for my local use case.
