Item cooldown time overlay no longer displayed in 1.9.40 for WotLK Classic

Describe the bug
Cooldown times on items such as Wormhole Generator: Northrend, Dimensional Ripper - Area 52, and Direbew's Remote no longer display as an overlay on the item icon.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use Direbew's Remote or any item with a cooldown
  2. View the items in Adibags
  3. The two chracter format cooldown overlay numbers (ex. 59, 2m, 4h) and darkened percentage representation will not be displayed on the item's icon

Expected behavior
The item should display a cooldown time in short format and darkened percentage representation of the time remaining until it is available

World of Warcraft Release and Version (Retail 9.2.7, etc)

Have you tried disabling all your other addons to ensure only this addon causes the issue?

I also encountered this bug as well, it's slated to be fixed in .41
