Describe the bug

I am redeeming my legacy battleground marks for Commendation of Service, 10 at a time. To do this I shift click the Commendation of Service in the Alliance Brigadier General's shop window, and select a quantity of 10. I purchase these items. I then use all 10 items, while I have my bag open. I then repeat the process, and when the Are you sure you wish to exchange 10 Eye of the Storm Mark of Honor for the following item? window appears, the following error also occurs:
