Describe the bug

When using a profile, such as default, and creating a manual filter this filter is not preserved across to another character.
If you save it as a new profile and load that one the profile is there but none of the manual filters are.

Steps to reproduce

Create manual filter
Switch to another character and check for that filter.

Verification

• I have disabled all other addons and made sure this bug is triggered only with AdiBags enabled

After checking the code appears to be 2 issues.

1. Creating a new profile doesn't copy existing items to new profile therefore no profile is created other then in the list.
2. Items from old profile are not copied over...

If left to "default" its not read on character load.
