THIS IS ONLY A SKIN, YOU NEED TO INSTALL ELVUI AND ADIBAGS.
This addon is aiming for applying ElvUI skins to AdiBags.(And I also add ElvUI cooldown support!)
It should be work with future ElvUI and AdiBags updates.
The tricky implementation will be hidden until AdiBags actively exposes its addon table to global enviroments, so if you don't think this is right or don't trust my code, please don't download and use it.
