Various UI Tweaks to the new super excessively and obnoxiously enlarged TWW interface.
Such tweaks include:
- Scaled down Game Menu
- Scaled down Spellbook
- Scaled down Talents frame
- Scaled down Spec frame

- Spellframe always to the left, not obnoxiously in the centre of the screen
