Hi all,
I'm not sure since when, but the Quest to gather 5 / 10 / 15 seems to be no longer obtainable. I made a new char, leveled it to 60 via the storyline, started with 0 renown and played the convenant questline (venthyr) until I got the weekly quet to gather souls. However, with renown 7, it already asks me to gather 20 souls... in 9.0 (and maybe 9.1?) it would start with 5 Souls and with increased renown it would ask for 10 souls, then for 15 and later on for 20.

So those 5 / 10 / 15 soul-quests are no longer available and should me marked as such.
