minilist never reappear when i exit from any bg, i need reopen manually

What zone are you re-entering that it's not popping up? There are some safe guards in for when you enter a BG because if we didn't due to a Blizzard bug caused errors to occur because a script would stall.

any zone, when i do any stuff in the world minilist is always open; enter bg and minilist vanish but in the exit the bg the minilist never restore.

This is supposed to happen. If you ever close the mini list, it will keep itself hidden until you show it again. It was a bug that caused it to reappear after moving to a new map and we do not have plans to reintroduce this behaviour. The user has explicit control and should take explicit control when they choose to.
