Incorrect Quest dependency (60501 <- 63645)

Hi all,
ATT says 60501 can't be obtained if 63645 was completed previously (only via partysync). This is incorrect, as I've completed 63645 before, and today (Season 4, LFR) I got Remornia and got the 60501 quest.
