Just installed the new update.
The main list just has one item. Pet Battles 1/1
Something wrong there I think....
You might have 'Pet Battles' as a filter disabled, which will in turn disable a lot of Pet Battle achievements that require actual Pet Battles (though it shouldn't be that many). If you could post a screenshot as requested to help illustrate what you think is incorrect that would definitely help.
Seems fine from my side currently...
