Hello,
I've collected the ensemble for the set but it shows me as missing the shoulders, even buying the shoulders on their own it still shows them as missing from the ensemble. Same issues with almost all Wild Gladiator's backs for me, some I've even collected multiple appearances for the item but still shows as missing in All The Things.

this bug happen in items in all zones of game since today, the addon is ignoring the completionist mode unchecked

Which exact sets are you having issues with in the addon? I know a lot of the PvP Ensembles are still not in just because I've been strapped with time. Knowing the exact sets and stuff I can take a further look into it.

After recent update a lot of the items listed above have been corrected, but something else seems to have broken. I'm currently having issues with 3 pvp ensembles Warmongering Gladiator's, Wild Gladiator's and Primal Combatant's all on my priest.

but i found a extra info all items with this error all say "no avaliable in personal loot" because have stats like strength to a druid

If both of you could try v1.5.6 (just came out) and see if the issues still persist. If it's actual items tied to an ensemble it could be somewhat different. In that case could you screenshot what it shows exactly in ATT or provide a wowhead/wowdb link to the ensemble itself? Then I can dive further in an look at it.

seen fixed with dalaran pvp items in 1.5.7 but i need search in bit more in other maps try check in the night

this is other mini issue or Leftovers this npc vendor is a pvp vendor who in olds rev show items to buy because this bug, now she still up in the list with 0 items

When i first logged in it was still having issues but after refreshing my collection it all showed as collected, my issues have been resolved. Great job, great addon <3
