Orgrimmar Vendors for Legacy PvP show missing appearances, even though RBG replicas are collected

Issue: Incorrect Vendor Listing in ATT
The Orgrimmar Legacy PvP Vendors "First Sergeant Hola'mahi" & "Stone Guard Zarg" are showing as missing in my ATT, even though I collected these appearances from Rated Battlegrounds almost a decade ago.
My best guess is that since the appearances have to be unlocked with a 1800 rating in Rated Battlegrounds and you are purchasing "Replica Warlord's Plate Headpiece" items rather than the original legacy "Warlord's Plate Headpiece", ATT doesn't recognize that it's actually collected, as buying the original Legacy version "Warlord's Plate Headpiece" will not add the appearance to your collection tab.
I refreshed my collection with shift+click multiple times and also restarted the game, but it still appears as missing.
