Animation of a ghoul model shown on every tooltip since DF pre patch

Since logging in to pre patch DF, I noticed that every tooltip was displaying the model animation of a ghoul. I disabled addons until I found the culprit was ATT. Attaching two example screenshots:

ATT version: 2.9.13

It's actually not displaying at all. Neither the main list or sublist
